i learned something very important last night. there is an inverse mathematical relationship showing the correlation of drinks consumed vs. ability to draw a straight line. i'll post that pic when i get a chance
i gotta get back to writing, though. i've been trying to combine my affinity for both writing and sketching, but i've laxed on the former a little as of late. but that's the point of this journal. keep a steady eye out for 2 works in progress by me, those being the graphic serial "glos·so·la·li·a," and the strip format comic "The Apes of Wrath."
expect to see some concept sketches for both when i decide on revealing them, but at least you'll be seeing some random sketch studies and fancy doodles i've been hoarding deep within the icy depths of my sketchbook in the near, near future.
also, groucho marx is the comedic genius of this, and any century.

Drawing is a performance; an artist is an actor who is not limited by his body, only his ability and, perhaps, experience.
